everyone has lists. I can write a list.... a list of 100 things that you can change to help you lose weight. You know why this is sad? Because I know all these things and still can't lose weight.
#1 shred your cheese. shredded cheese goes much farther then sliced cheese. It looks like you have plenty, but if you weigh it you will find that you are using less. 1/2 oz of shredded cheese can be spread pretty far to give you that great cheese flavor without too much fat.

Day one- the start
I've decided to journal my weight loss journey through a blog. Today is the first day, and I hope to write down my goals, offer tips as I learn, and photograph everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, that I eat. Stay tuned!
